American Express wanted to create a new section on their website dedicated to their Business to Business Payment Solutions.
This entailed creating a campaign that consisted of a “hub” or main landing page that promotes the Payment Solutions in general. In addition, pages for each of the three Payment Solutions needed to be developed.
Since each of the three solutions are quite different (Expense Management, Vendor Payments, and Employee Spending), was there a common thread that would promote a valuable benefit to companies?
Each Payment Solution simplified specific tasks that could be complex and time-consuming. Each addressed problems and errors that could occur. Each was automated.
Writing the headline for the main page was the first task and had to apply to all Solutions.

Voila! The words appeared in mind, and the campaign was born:
“Transform complicated to automated with our suite of Payment Solutions.”
